A Premium Coffee House From Nepal

Echoes of Everest

Himalayan soul. Roasted with precision. Coffee treated as an echo of place, craft, and memory, composed to linger long after the cup.

The House

Coffee as an Echo of Place, Craft, and Memory

Everoast brings together Nepal's mountain-grown coffee, the cultural soul of Bhaktapur, and disciplined roasting craft to create a premium coffee experience that lingers long after the cup.

Origin

Grown on Nepal's high slopes, where thin air slows the cherry and altitude concentrates the cup. Provenance you can taste, not just read.

Craft

Small batches held to exacting roast curves, measured, repeated, refined. Discipline is the quietest form of respect for the bean.

Culture

The rhythm of Bhaktapur's old courtyards, carried quietly into every detail. Coffee described the way a song is: layered, resonant, lingering.

The Roaster

A Voice Trained in Two Disciplines

From Bhaktapur's cultural heart to the discipline of world-class roasting, Everoast is coffee shaped by heritage and precision.

Our founder grew up amid the courtyards and song of one of Nepal's oldest cities, a trained Newari folk singer who learned early that a note must be held, measured, and released at exactly the right moment. Years of formal roasting training abroad gave that instinct a method.

"A roast is a note you hold. Release it too early and it never sings. Hold it too long and it breaks."

That is the house standard: heritage in soul, precision in execution.

The Ritual

Four Ways to Listen
